Usage
It is often used as a ternary catalyst. It is also widely used in fields such as glass, ceramics, and electronics industry. Due to the easy dehydration and decomposition of lanthanum hydroxide during heating and drying, it can also be used as a raw material for the production of lanthanum oxide. Lanthanum hydroxide has excellent performance in improving the thermal stability and electrical insulation of PVC materials. La (OH) 3 is an important intermediate product of lanthanum products, which can be burned to obtain La2O3. In addition to the generation of lanthanum oxide during the entire heating and decomposition process, the byproduct is only water, so lanthanum hydroxide can be used as a high-quality raw material for production.
